As your Coach, Rosemarie M. Rowley will encourage you to be the best that you can be. Career fulfillment is one of life’s greater gifts. On the other hand, since we are less inclined to change what we can tolerate, Rosemarie will also help you identify those areas in your career that need change, and work with you to overcome potential career obstacles.
Rosemarie uses her gifts of counsel and encouragement to help individuals identify and apply their strengths, while working around their weaknesses. Her 25 years of business experience, specifically in recruitment and career management, helped in the creation of her Coaching for Performance™ model used with executives, middle managers, entrepreneurs, and entry level professionals. As Rosemarie encourages you to lead with your strengths, you will begin to develop a more fulfilled career.
Coaching for Performance™ is conducted over the telephone in order to provide a safe, convenient and confidential environment for the client. This model enables you to identify your strengths, likes and dislikes, as well as areas that need improvement. It will assist you in developing your “ideal job description,” which will help you to focus on projects and/or careers that draw upon both your strengths and preferences. Coaching for Performance™ stresses the importance of a commitment to goal setting and achievement. Before you begin, you and Rosemarie will agree on the desired outcome of your coaching sessions. Benefits from these sessions are based on the personal commitment of the clients.
