Rosemarie M. Rowley established the human resources consulting firm of Ambassador, Inc. in 1992 and draws on more than twenty-five years of consulting experience. Ambassador offers recruitment consulting, career coaching & mentoring, and business seminars. Prior to establishing Ambassador, Inc., Rosemarie was an Officer at Mercer Human Resource Consulting where she created the entire professional recruiting function for the New York Region, which was used as a model firm-wide. In addition, she developed and presented business seminars both internally and externally, and functioned as an advisor to senior management and the national staff. Before joining Mercer, Rosemarie spent over nine years with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in the Management Consulting Services group where she was responsible for marketing and executing assignments for clients. Rosemarie also created the research function and conducted training seminars for Ernst & Young’s consultants.

Rosemarie’s clients include Fortune 500 companies in financial services, insurance and consulting firms, as well as the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Searches have been conducted for positions in marketing and sales, benefits and compensation, human resources, finance, and general management.

Ms. Rowley has published articles in the Wall Street Journal’s National Business Weekly and has been quoted in the Chicago Tribune and Heart and Soul Magazine. She has been a guest speaker at various organizations including NYU’s Stern School of Business, the National Convention of Broadcast Financial Executives, American Association of University Women, Long Island Women's Agenda, and Women Economic Developers of Long Island. Rosemarie is a past member of the Project Committee of Where are the Women?, promoting women on corporate boards, and served on the Board of Directors of the Stein Center in New York City for seven years. Ms. Rowley is a licensed Facilitator for The Path, Creating a Mission Statement for Work and Life.
